All orders undergo a thorough quality inspection, including checking for any damage, glaze consistency, and packaging readiness. Because our ceramics are delicate and often hand-finished, this inspection process typically takes between one and three business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. A second notification—your shipping confirmation—will be sent once your package has been handed over to the carrier. That email will include tracking information so you can follow your order’s journey.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, intricateceramics.com ships to addresses within the continental United States. We are actively evaluating expansion to Alaska, Hawaii, and international markets, but currently we do not offer shipping outside the lower 48 states. We apologize to our customers in other regions and hope to serve you soon.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the fragile nature of our ceramic products. A physical street address is required for all deliveries.

We pay special attention to items with protruding elements such as handles, spouts, or decorative finials. While we take every precaution, we also recommend that you inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email. Failed or Returned Deliveries
